Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ayoratribelimited.com and any order you place with Ayóra Tribe Limited (“Ayóra Tribe,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Ayóra Tribe curates gift boxes, hampers, and corporate gifting, sourced from trusted vendors and finished with our own packaging and styling. We coordinate delivery across Nigeria. Our own home fragrance line (candles, diffusers, and fragrance) is in development and will be added to the shop as it becomes available.

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to order from Ayóra Tribe.

• Submitting the order form is a request to purchase. An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully verified through Paystack.
• All prices on the site are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details — see our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example due to a pricing or listing error, stock issues, or suspected fraud — in which case any amount already paid will be refunded to your original payment method via Paystack.

After an order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch at the phone number or email you provided to confirm delivery details. Delivery timelines depend on your location and our logistics partners and are communicated at that stage rather than guaranteed at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate — we’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information you provided.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ayorasales@gmail.comwith your order details and photos where relevant, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Because many of our gifts include personalized, perishable, or made-to-order items, we’re generally unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paystack.

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but styling elements shown in product photos (such as flowers, ribbons, or decorative props) are not always included unless stated in the description. Items marked “Coming Soon” are not yet available to order. We may update prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Corporate gifting requests submitted through our contact page are proposals, not confirmed orders — pricing, timelines, and terms for bulk or corporate orders are agreed separately with our team before any payment is taken.

You agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use a payment method you’re not authorized to use.
• Attempt to access our admin systems or any part of the site you’re not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the site’s normal operation or security.

The Ayóra Tribe name, logo, and all site content — including text, photography, and design — belong to Ayóra Tribe Limited or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Our site relies on third-party services, including Paystack for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Google Firebase for data storage. We’re not responsible for outages, errors, or issues that originate from these providers’ own systems.

The site and our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayóra Tribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or an order, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date above revised accordingly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
